Saturday was even colder than Friday; the thermometer read 16 degrees when I got up. We had friends over for lunch, so I decided to put off my run until the afternoon; the thermometer hadn’t moved much from the early morning. I parked at the lot by the Ford Dam and headed toward Minnehaha Falls,
